Spring is the season for supplementing nutrition. Fish meat meets nutritional requirements. I like to fry some, or eat it dry, or serve with noodles or noodles, or cook a casserole fish cube with rice. It is very comfortable. This time, I used barbecue ingredients to marinate the fish pieces. The taste is very good. It is most suitable for deep-fried and eaten dry, like a delicious snack.

Dry Fried Fish Nuggets

1. The grass carp is cleaned, chopped into a pot, and marinated with barbecue ingredients overnight.

2. Add an egg and an appropriate amount of starch to the marinated fish pieces.

3. Mix well so that each piece of fish includes starch custard.

4. Heat the oil pan, add the fish pieces one by one and fry them. Fry until the sauce is red and crispy, drain the oil and remove.

5. Put the fried fish pieces on the kitchen paper to absorb the excess fat and eat it.

Tips:

Re-fried is more crispy and delicious.
