Dry Fried Octopus

Clean the hairtail and absorb the water.

Add salt, cooking wine and black pepper powder to marinate for 30 minutes.
3.
Dip the hairtail in the flour, so that both sides are covered with a thin layer of flour.
4.
Put the oil in the pan to heat up, and fry the octopus on a low fire until golden noodles are cooked through.
5.
Just sprinkle with chives.
6.
Salty and delicious.
