Put glutinous rice flour, boiled water, a little sugar, and a few drops of salad oil together in a bowl and stir to form a dough. It must not be too thin, and it should be able to form a dough, and not too dry. Pour into a plastic bag.

Put it in the microwave for three minutes, the dough is ripe, put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes to let it cool.

Tear the dough into small pieces, add the purple potato mash to form a ball, and stick it with flour or bread crumbs. During this period, glutinous rice balls will stick to your hands, you need to be careful and patient. You can also put oil or a little water on your hands to prevent sticking.
Tips:
Purple sweet potato and dough can also be steamed in the pot, but the microwave oven is convenient and time-saving. I don’t like to use fire to cook food. I prefer a microwave oven to be simple and convenient. The bread crumbs are also made by heating a slice of bread in a microwave oven. You can use sesame seeds without milk powder, as long as the surface is not sticky. That's how delicious desserts took shape, which my daughter loved.
