Duck Frame Winter Melon Corn Soup

The duck has been de-fried with mushrooms, and the duck rack is left to cook the soup. Prepare winter melon and corn.

The duck is meatless, leaving the bones and duck wings. Peel the winter melon, slice it, and cut the corn into small pieces.

Put the duck rack into the water with a plate of clean water, add the ginger slices and boil it first.

After the water boils, cook for five minutes, add corn, winter melon and cook for eight minutes.
