Eat the leftover duck rack from the roast duck and use it to stew the soup. The soup is whitish and has a strong flavor. With bamboo shoots, it is a meal with rice.

Duck Frame Bamboo Shoot Soup

1. A pair of roast duck rack

2. Fresh bamboo shoots that have been processed

3. Take the soaked black fungus and bamboo shoots

4. Put water in the pot, add ginger slices and pepper

5. When the water is boiled, cut the duck rack into pieces, then boil it and simmer for 20 minutes

6. Put the bamboo shoots and black fungus in the pot, add salt

7. Add a small amount of white vinegar to further remove the smell, and cook for about 10 minutes

8. Just put a little red on it

9. Put a little chives after serving

Tips:

The white vinegar and pepper are both deodorized, so don’t worry about the soup.
