Winter Melon Duck Frame Soup

Ready duck rack

Tear off the fat and tip of the duck rack and chop it into small pieces

Peel the winter melon and cut into large slices

Wash and chop coriander

Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pot, saute the ginger shreds and put it into the duck rack and stir fry evenly

Pour boiling water

After boiling, skim off the foam

Bring to high heat for 20 minutes, the soup is milky white
9.
Add the winter melon and continue to burn until the winter melon is fully cooked

Add salt, pepper and sprinkle with coriander
