Duck Frame Soup

Put a clean duck rack in the water, cut ginger slices and cooking wine

Bring to a boil on high heat, remove it when you can see the foam

Put the cooked duck rack into the pot, and add water, just over the duck, about 400 grams

After the high heat is boiled, simmer on a low heat for about 40 minutes, sprinkle with salt to get out of the pot
Tips:
The cooked duck soup can be drunk directly, or you can cook some noodles and put it in the soup, which is very good.
