The duck meat is so delicious that it can’t stop at all! The protein content of duck meat is much higher than that of livestock meat, and it moisturizes dryness and nourishes the stomach, relieves cough and reduces phlegm.

Braised Yuba Duck Meat

1. Prepare duck legs.

2. Chop the duck legs into small pieces.

3. Prepare the green onion and ginger for later use.

4. Soak the yuba in advance.

5. Prepare the green peppers and cut them for later use.

6. Boil water in a pot, add duck leg and ginger slices and cook for 2-3 minutes.

7. Remove the duck meat, rinse and set aside.

8. Pour oil into the pot, add sugar, pepper, aniseed, and stir fragrant.

9. Add the duck meat and stir fry evenly.

10. Add cooking wine, oil consumption, and soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly.

11. Add green onion and ginger and stir fry evenly.

12. Pour in 1000ml of water, bring to a boil, cover and simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes.

13. After the duck is simmered for 30 minutes, add the yuba.

14. Add a little salt and continue to simmer for 20 minutes.

15. Add the green pepper and stir fry evenly.

16. After collecting the juice in about 2 minutes, it will be out of the pot. The tender and delicious braised yuba duck meat is on the table!
