Dumpling Luo

Peel the horseshoes and chop them for later use.

Wash the leeks and chop them for later use.

Chop carrots, mix with minced meat, leeks and horseshoe, add appropriate amount of salt, sugar and oyster sauce.

Wrap the dumpling wrapper into the filling. Put the wrapped dumplings in a boiling pot and steam for 15 minutes.
Tips:
After the dumplings are steamed, immediately open the lid to prevent the dumplings from collapsing.
