Dundun Private House Masaman Curry Chicken
1.
Cut fresh chicken thighs into small pieces for later use
2.
Cut the potatoes and onions into small pieces as well
3.
Add some oil and fry until the chicken thigh is half-cooked and set aside
4.
Slightly oil the onions and potatoes
5.
This big box is the masaman curry that I bought, and it contains sauce packets, dry ingredients, coconut flour and fish sauce.
6.
Pour the coconut flour into a bowl and make a paste with hot water, set aside
7.
Put some bottom oil in the pan, put the sauce bag in the pan and fry, and put more oil.
8.
After sautéing, add the coconut paste just reserved, then bring to a boil
9.
Add fish sauce and dry ingredients, add all the chicken thighs and onions and potatoes into the pot, cover the pot and cook on high heat. Knowing that the soup feels thick, the potatoes can be cooked after they become soft
10.
You can also use lamb and beef instead of chicken.
Tips:
Potatoes are not easy to cook, so the chicken should be cooked first.
