Durian Ice Cream

Pour all the egg yolks, caster sugar, and milk into the milk pan and stir evenly. Heat the milk pan over a low fire and stir continuously until the liquid in the milk pan starts to boil after heating. Remove the heat immediately. After the heat is removed, pour all the cold whipped cream and stir evenly. Then, add a little salt and let it cool completely

Peel the mangoes and beat them into a mango puree, and the durian into a puree. Add lemon juice and sugar to the mango puree and durian puree respectively. Stir well and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

After the egg yolk and milk mixture has cooled down completely, pour in the frozen fruit puree and beat it evenly with a whisk. After mixing the ice cream liquid, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it. After the ice cream liquid freezes until it starts to freeze, take it out, beat it for a while with an electric whisk, and put it in the refrigerator again. After that, take it out every half an hour and beat it up

Repeat the whipping more than 4 times, then freeze the ice cream completely, the ice cream is ready
