Durian Pizza

Mix the ingredients other than olive oil in the crust, knead until smooth, and then add olive oil.

After kneading, let it ferment in a warm place to double its size.

Open the durian and take out two pieces of pulp. After the durian is pitted, squeeze it with a preservation bag, or beat it with a blender

The fermented dough is taken out and vented, rounded and left for 5 minutes, and rolled into a suitable size crust.

Spread it on a pizza pan with olive oil. You can shape the crust with your hands to make it even and thick. Then use a fork to pierce some small holes in the pizza crust.

A thick layer of durian pulp is spread on the dough.

Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese.

Put it into the preheated Depp oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
9.
Until the cheese is completely melted and the crust changes color.
