Easy Fried Noodles
1.
If you don’t want too much water in the noodles, you can remove the sac in the middle of the cucumber to reduce the moisture. I usually don't go, and since I don't put shredded carrots, I cut a small cucumber.
2.
The sauce used the homemade chicken breast sauce this time, using bean paste, hot sauce, sugar, onions, red onions and other ingredients. Since it is more flavorful, I usually use a spoonful and heat it in a pot for later use.
3.
Everyone knows how to cook the noodles. Put the homemade noodles into the boil and cook for about 3 minutes. The key is to scoop up and put in ice water to make the noodles more vigorous. Of course, the noodles are also cool in summer.
4.
I picked up the noodles from the ice water, poured in the sauce and cucumber. Since the sauce was already flavorful this time, I simply poured some spicy oil on it. If it’s cold, I will heat the oil again, add two heads of garlic, add the peppercorns, and drizzle the pepper oil. In summer, just mix it briefly this time.
Tips:
1. The cooked noodles must be put into ice water.
2. If the sauce does not taste enough, put some salt and oil in the water when cooking the noodles.
3. If you don't want too much water on the last side, you can remove the cucumber sac to reduce the water.
