Easy Hot and Sour Soup

1 packet of Kangbao Hong Kong-style hot and sour soup, 1 egg

Beat the eggs into a bowl and stir
3.
Add the water to the soup and cook for another two minutes
4.
Pour the egg mixture into the pot and stir gently
5.
Just like the picture, it’s more delicious to put some coriander or chopped green onion. My house just doesn’t have either.
