Hot and Sour Tofu Soup

All the ingredients are shown in the picture, the shiitake mushrooms are washed and sliced, and the carrots are shredded.

Beat the eggs into egg liquid

Cut the tofu into small pieces

Add a large bowl of water (cold) to the pot and pour the whole package of soup

Turn on a medium-to-small fire and stir with chopsticks until it is hot

Add silk flakes and continue to stir and heat

Bring to a boil, pour in the tofu, and stir with a spoon until it boils
8.
Pour in the egg liquid, turn it gently, until the egg liquid forms an egg flower, turn off the heat
9.
Drizzle with sesame oil and you're done
Tips:
The soup has starch ingredients and must be stirred to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot. The soup itself has a salty, spicy and sour taste. Other seasonings can be replaced with mushrooms, pocket mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and crab-flavored mushrooms without adding shiitake mushrooms.
