My sister sent a leg of lamb over. Tips:

① If it is raw mutton, the procedure after flying water is the same, but in step 5, add more water to ensure that the water is simmered on a low fire for an hour, and the radish should wait until the mutton is soft and rotten.
②White sugar can also be used for the color of fried sugar. Cook until brown. Don't overcook the sugar. If the sugar is too burnt, it will have a bitter taste.
③Fry the sugar color first, add water, and then add the seasoning. I said that the flesh color is brighter, but I don't feel much.
