Lamb Stew with Potatoes

Cooked lamb is set aside.

Peel the potatoes and cut into thick slices.

Carrots and green onions are changed to a knife, and lamb is taken.

Cut the lamb into pieces.

Heat the pan with cold oil.

Heat the oil with shallots, potatoes and carrots and stir fry.
