Easy Way to Grill Salmon
1.
Wash salmon. Shred the onion. Onion is essential, it not only increases the fragrance but also removes the fishy smell of seafood.
2.
Spread tin foil on the baking sheet. I happened to have a ready-made tin box on hand, so I just used it.
3.
Spread a little butter or pour a little refined oil on the tin foil.
4.
To prevent the fish skin from sticking to the bottom.
5.
Pour in some light soy sauce. In fact, it’s better to use fresh soy sauce here, but I don’t have it on hand, so I use light soy sauce instead.
6.
Spread the light soy sauce evenly on the fish with your hands (if you have a small brush, you can also use a brush to brush the soy sauce on, so that it is more even).
7.
Sprinkle with fine salt, and rub evenly with your hands.
8.
Sprinkle with black pepper and rub evenly with your hands.
9.
Spread the chopped onion evenly on the fish.
10.
Spread a layer of tin foil on the surface, this step is important. The function of tin foil is to keep warm, and there will be no situation that "the surface is old and the inside is not yet cooked". The oven is preheated for 2 minutes, and then put into the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 14 minutes (my oven uses electricity, because some netizens asked, so it is estimated that the power of electricity is different from that of gas, which is added here).
11.
Prepare fresh lemons.
12.
The dipping sauce is Japanese wasabi (the wasabi is so ugly) and Japanese soy sauce (there is no Japanese soy sauce at home, so I use regular instead).
13.
After the exam is out.
14.
It's so fragrant~~ it's on the plate.
15.
Squeeze the lemon juice and serve.
