Edamame, Anchovy, Shrimp and Winter Melon

Ingredients: winter melon

Edamame (peeled and washed)

Fresh shrimp (cleaned up)

Peel the winter melon and wash it.

Cut into small pieces on the chopping board and set aside.

Afterwards, put the edamame into a pot of clear water and boil, cook until it is cut off and cooked, remove it and set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the winter melon and stir fry.

Next, add some water to boil, and cook until the winter melon is cut and tender.

Then, add the blanched edamame and stir fry.
10.
Recombine the fresh shrimps that have been cleaned up, add some cooking wine and stir fry.

Finally, add some salt and chicken essence.
12.
Stir-fry well and serve.
