Egg Fried Butter Fruit
1.
Cut the avocado in half and hollow, enough to place an egg yolk.
2.
Put the steamer on the steamer (or put a steaming tray and steam it in water), find a way to fix the avocado and make it stable. I use the chopstick rest. You can sprinkle some basil (that is, vanilla). If you forget to take the picture, it will have a vanilla flavor when steamed.
3.
After the eggs are steamed to 7 minutes cooked, change the pan. Stir-fry in hot olive oil for 1 minute, then turn to low heat and fry slowly for 3 minutes, using a flat spatula to assist in removing.
4.
This is the fried avocado.
5.
Just squeeze some Chobe's salty salad, scoop it with a spoon, and get drunk.
Tips:
The egg white is separated from the egg yolk, and only the egg yolk is taken. Choose the riper avocado, so the salad will be great in the end! The taste is soft and salty. If there is no oven, use salad, if there is an oven, use cheese, the same.
