Egg Fried Rice

Dice garlic sprouts, carrots, and ham. Beat the eggs with salt. Mix the rice well.

Stir-fry the chopped green onion in a pot, add rice and salt for a while.

Pour in the eggs, so that each grain of rice will stick to the eggs, just be patient and stir fry over low heat.
4.
When each grain of rice is not sticky, add various dices and stir-fry evenly out of the pot.
Tips:
Be sure to stir frequently when adding egg mixture to stir fry. Patience is very important.
