Egg Fried Two Rice
1.
Main ingredients: 1 bowl of leftover rice, 2 eggs, 1 green pepper, 1 carrot.
2.
Dice carrots and green peppers and set aside
3.
Heat oil from the pan, beat in the eggs, and fry on low heat until the egg is slightly solidified. Pull the egg mixture to the edge of the pan (you can also put it out), add the carrot cubes, and fry them over low heat.
4.
Add the green pepper diced and stir fry.
5.
Then quickly stir-fry the eggs, carrots, and green peppers evenly.
6.
Add two rice, (you can cook a small amount of water) or use a medium-to-low heat. Stir-fry the two-rice rice, the looser the better, don't paste the bottom.
7.
Add a little salt to enhance the taste, and turn off the heat after stirring evenly.
8.
Put it out of the pot and put it in a bowl.
Tips:
1. The eggs can be beaten into egg liquid, or directly into the pot, just use a spatula to stir a few times.
2. The key is to stir-fry slowly over low heat, not to paste the bottom.
