This sandwich uses very simple ingredients and takes a short time to make. It is very suitable for office workers~ It’s also a good choice to bring one for an outing~"

Egg Ham Cucumber Salad Sandwich

1. Cut the ham sausage into cubes (because I made it for one person, I only cut half of the ham sausage).

2. Dice the cucumber (I also only cut a third of the cucumber).

3. Dice the hard-boiled egg.

4. Pour diced ham, diced cucumber, and diced hard-boiled egg into a large bowl.

5. Add salad dressing (Mumu put 3 tablespoons, the specific amount depends on personal preference).

6. Mix the salad dressing well.

7. Take out a piece of white toast and put on the mixed salad.

8. Put another piece of white toast on the mixed salad.

9. Then put a piece of toast on it, and it's done, and then cut it diagonally with a knife to form two triangles.

Tips:

Replace fresh cucumbers with pickled cucumbers, which also has a special flavor. You can also switch to your favorite vegetables. The specific ratio is based on your preferences. If you like cucumbers, put more cucumbers, and if you like ham sausages, put more ham.
