Tips:

The taste of braised pork rice with pork belly is the best.
The dark soy sauce itself is salty and is mainly used for coloring. Don't add too much.
If there is too much oil in the pork belly, you can pour out a little oil and leave the bottom oil.
The final soup does not need to be dried. If you like the soup, you can use bibimbap, according to personal preference.
It is made for two people. The rest of the stewed pork can be mixed with noodles and can be eaten for the next meal.
I use dried shiitake mushrooms, you can use fresh ones.
