Egg Hug Wonton
1.
Make preparations and take out the pre-wrapped wontons. I used the wontons wrapped in cabbage and carrot meat a few days ago, and washed with chives.
2.
Beat the eggs with salt, mince the chives and set aside
3.
Heat oil in a cold pan, put the wontons when 70% hot, arrange them neatly, and fry until the bottom is formed
4.
Add half of the wontons in cold water, cover and simmer until the water is dry
5.
Pour the beaten eggs slowly along the edge of the pan, slowly fry the eggs, sprinkle some chopped green onion for decoration, the heat must not be too high, I use medium heat
Tips:
If you want to eat for your baby, it’s best to use your own wrapped wontons. It is more healthy to eat. You can pack more at one time and store them in the freezer. It is convenient to take some when you want to eat. When I make it next time, I will go to the process map~~ There is still a meal to be finished! The little guy doesn’t like pasta, but he likes wonton dumplings, haha!
