Egg Noodles

Cook the noodles in the small pot on the left and fry the eggs in the nonstick pot on the right.

Beat the eggs in a bowl, stir evenly, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and fry them into big omelets, remember not to add water!

Fry the omelette until yellow on both sides, and pour it into the plate.

After the noodles are cooked, add salt to season them, put them in the bottom of the bowl, spread the eggs on the noodles, and boil the tofu dishes in front of the egg pancakes.

The delicious omelet noodles are out of the pot!
Tips:
1. When frying eggs, you have to pick up the pan and make a circle, so that the omelette is big enough to cover the noodles; 2. Tofu dishes can be blanched with the noodles to be tender.
