Scallion Shrimp Noodles

Remove the head, thread and skin of the prawns from Jiwei, and then open the back of the prawns for later use

Don’t white the scallions, only the scallion leaves

Prepare the primer. Put two spoons of chili powder, one spoon of minced garlic, one spoon of spicy millet, and one spoon of cooked white sesame in a bowl.

Start the pan and pour a little more oil, pour in the chives, and turn on the smallest fire. The green onions will gradually darken from emerald green. When the water is about to fry, the green onions will be pushed aside.

Add the shrimps and fry them for three to five minutes, and then take them out together with the green onion leaves. After being fried, the green onions are browned, which makes them more fragrant.

Add two tablespoons of light soy sauce, one tablespoon of oyster sauce, one tablespoon of sugar, and one toss of salt into the seasoning, and mix well
