Cold noodles suitable for summer. I like to eat this noodles in the school cafeteria. I tried it on my own when I came back from the holidays. It felt good to make it, so I wanted to send a recipe to share with everyone and make it together!

Ingredients

Egg Noodles

1. Prepare a cucumber and a carrot, wash them, and rub them into silk with a silk grater, as shown in the picture.

2. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add an appropriate amount (a teaspoon) of starch, and add an appropriate amount of water (to make it melt). Put a little oil in the electric baking pan, pour in the egg liquid after the oil is slightly hot, and make it cooked. When cooked, cut the omelet into shreds. (Because I forgot to shoot the middle process, I can only describe in detail)

3. Cook the noodles (preferably thinner noodles, or according to personal taste). After the noodles are cooked, put them in cold water and let cool.

4. Put oil, salt, monosodium glutamate, a little cooking wine, and a little vinegar on the plate.

5. Put the cold noodles on the plate, and put on top of the carrot shreds, cucumber shreds, egg shreds, crushed peanuts and sesame seeds (preferably thinner, it tastes better)

6. Okay, that's it, you can enjoy it! You can give it a try when you donā€™t want to eat hot meals in the hot summer.

Tips:

1. Those who like to eat spicy pots can also put some chili oil to taste better.
2. Stomach is not good. If you don't like too cold, you can take less cold for a while or not.
