Egg Seaweed Soup

Material drawing. You don't need to add water to beat the eggs.

When the water is boiled, the seaweed is about one-fifth of the whole seaweed cake.

Tear seaweed into small pieces and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Pour in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until it opens.

Prepare the soup container, add chopped green onion, salt, sesame oil, and chicken essence.

Pour the egg liquid in a circle and quickly scatter. Turn off the heat after 10 seconds. Pour the soup into the prepared container.

Adding sesame oil and minced garlic will make the soup more delicious.
