Egg Seaweed Soup

Wash the ingredients and prepare.

Tear small flowers of seaweed, wash and remove.
3.
Chopped coriander.
4.
Cut the green onions and set aside.

Beat the egg liquid.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add green onions and sauté until fragrant.

Add a large bowl of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Add seaweed and dried sea rice, add salt, pour some starch with water, and stir gently.

After boiling, slowly pour in the egg mixture.
9.
Turn off the heat and add coriander.
10.
Just pour in sesame oil.
Tips:
If you want a refreshing taste, no coriander and sesame oil can be added to the seaweed egg drop soup.
