Although the beginning of autumn has passed, the weather is still very hot. If you do not take precautions when working at high temperatures outside, you are still prone to heatstroke. Egg seaweed soup still has a certain effect of relieving heat.

Egg Seaweed Soup

1. Preparation materials: 1 piece of seaweed, 2 eggs, sliced ginger and chopped green onions.

2. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and add sunflower oil.

3. Put the sliced ginger in the pot and bring it to a boil.

4. Take a bowl, knock the eggs into the bowl, add a small amount of salt, and quickly beat them.

5. After the water boils, turn to medium and low heat, and evenly pour the egg liquid into the pot, gently push and mix well.

6. After the eggs are cooked, put in the seaweed shredded in advance, sprinkle with chopped green onions, season with salt, mix well and bring to a boil.

7. Bowl!

Tips:

The laver water is used to remove the small sand that may be attached to the laver.
