Prepare all the ingredients and separate the egg yolk from the egg whites. I only need the egg yolk here. At the same time, preheat the oven for 5 minutes.

Mix the pure milk, light cream, egg yolk and sugar gently

Sift in the orange powder and continue to stir evenly

Pour the egg tart liquid onto the egg tart crust, it is recommended to be eight to nine minutes full

Put it in the preheated oven and bake it with the upper and lower fire. I used 170 degrees, and it took about 30 minutes to be OK. Just color it. If there is no color, add more time to continue baking.

Tips:
1. The egg tart liquid needs to be filtered once or twice. If there is no clear flour, low-gluten flour can be used, and it is OK to leave it alone;
2. Normal egg tarts are served with lemon honey water. They are delicious. If you are not in a hurry, put them in the refrigerator to make them more delicious.
