Portuguese Egg Tart

Prepare all raw materials and weigh them separately

Pour whipped cream, condensed milk, milk, and soft sugar into a large bowl and stir until the sugar dissolves

Sift in the low-gluten flour in batches and mix well

Beat egg yolks into egg liquid

Pour into the milk and stir evenly into a tart liquid

The sieved egg tart liquid tastes better

Pour the prepared egg tart liquid into the tart crust and fill it up to 7 minutes full

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, bake for about 25 minutes
Tips:
Different types of ovens have temperature differences. You can open them in the middle to adjust the appropriate temperature. It is recommended that novices use a lower temperature and bake it for a while. If the high temperature is battered, it cannot be saved.
