Prepare the materials

Add white sugar to the coconut milk and stir until it melts, or you can heat it slightly on the fire to help it melt

Add whipped cream and egg yolk and continue to stir

Add cornstarch and mix well, then filter the tart water, this step will make the tart filling feel smooth

Pour into the semi-finished tart wrapper, about 7 minutes full

Put it in the preheated oven, 220 degrees, 25 minutes in the middle, and see if there are brown spots on the surface.
Tips:
1. This amount is just for 10 egg tarts;
2. The tart water filtration can make the tart filling taste smoother;
3. You can make the tart wrapper yourself, but I don't have the patience. Since the bakery has ready-made semi-finished products for sale, of course I chose to dance, haha.
