Egg Tart

Put the milk, white sugar and whipped cream together and stir until the sugar melts.

Sift in low-gluten flour and mix well.

Add the egg yolk and stir well.

Sifted egg tart water.

Put the custard crust on the baking tray.

Pour into the egg tart wrapper to be 70% full.

Put it in the middle of the oven and bake at 210 degrees for about 25 minutes (adjust the time according to your own oven). The surface of the egg tart is slightly burnt.
