Egg Tart
1.
The ingredients are very simple, pure milk, whipped cream, condensed milk, eggs, white sugar, egg tart crust (a finished product bought lazily).
2.
Combine whipped cream, condensed milk, pure milk and white sugar. Heat over water and keep stirring until the white sugar has melted without particles. Bring it out to cool down! (If the powdered sugar used does not need to be heated to melt, just stir it evenly.)
3.
Beat 3 eggs. (I always feel that using egg yolks is very troublesome and wasteful, so I use whole eggs and eat them by myself anyway) This will preheat the oven to 200 degrees...
4.
Then pour the egg liquid into the cold milk liquid. Stir evenly, preferably sieve and pour
5.
The egg liquid can be sieved several times without bubbles. This way the taste is more delicate. As shown
6.
Put the custard crust on a plate and pour in the mixed tart water. It can be 90% full. Baked so full!
7.
Fire up and down at 220 degrees. 25 minutes
8.
did you see it? It's colored. The sugar in the tart is baked out. It's almost fine with coking!
9.
Added Manmei.
10.
Is it delicious! No dried fruit is added to this one. Bake more
Tips:
1. It is not necessary to put light cream. Change the amount of whipped cream to pure milk. If you don't have condensed milk at home, you can leave it without condensed milk, but you can add more sugar! Otherwise the sweetness is not enough. (But I still like the whipped cream)
2. The egg liquid must be sieved and poured into the milk liquid for a good taste. But my home doesn't have a sieve, the steaming mat I use. Are you smart? I think the effect should be the same)
3. You can add some dried fruits to see what you like. I added the dried plum) egg tart liquid filled 90%, so it will be very full when baked! You can also add some fruit diced on top after baking.
