Egg Tofu Soup
1.
Shred the southern tofu and beat the eggs.
2.
Add water to the pot and put a piece of thick soup treasure.
3.
Pour the tofu after boiling the water.
4.
Boil slightly and add egg liquid.
5.
Sprinkle with chopped coriander.
6.
Remove from the pot, serve in a bowl, and sprinkle black pepper.
Tips:
Southern tofu is relatively tender, so you don’t need to cook for too long, otherwise it will affect the taste.
