Egg, Tomato, Whip and Bamboo Soup

1. Ingredients: whipped bamboo shoots, tomatoes (cleaned and cut), eggs (beaten into a bowl)

2. Peel and clean the whip bamboo shoots.

4. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine to the egg.
