Egg, Tomato, Whip and Bamboo Soup

Ingredients: whipped bamboo shoots, tomatoes (cleaned and cut), eggs (beaten into a bowl)

Peel and clean the whip bamboo shoots.

Put it on the chopping board and cut the old root into slices, set aside.

Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine to the egg.

Beat into egg liquid and set aside.

Afterwards, lower the chopped bamboo shoots into a pot of clean water and boil for 5 minutes.

Next, add the cut tomatoes, stir and boil.

Then, add egg liquid.
9.
Add 1.5 tablespoons of bamboo salt.

Stir the seasoning well and serve.
