Whip Bamboo Shoots and Cowpea Soup

The whip bamboo shoots are hulled, washed and cut into short lengths; cowpeas are washed and cut into short lengths.

Put water in the pot and cook the bamboo shoots first.
3.
Then add the cowpeas and cook for a while.
4.
Add some salt at the end and cook.
5.
Take out the pan and serve.
