Bacon, Whip, Bamboo, Tofu Soup

Ingredients: tofu, bamboo shoots, bacon (cut open)

Peel and clean the whip bamboo shoots.

Put it on the chopping board and cut the old root into slices, set aside.

Tear the tofu out of the package, cut open with a knife, and set aside.

Then, put the cut whipped bamboo shoots and bacon into a pot of water and boil for 5 minutes.

Then, add the tofu, stir and bring to a boil.

Then, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.
8.
Add a pinch of salt.
9.
Stir the seasoning well and serve.
