Winter Melon Whip and Bamboo Soup

1. Ingredients: whip bamboo shoots (peeled, washed and sliced), wax gourd (seeded, peeled, washed, and peeled)

2. Put the cut bamboo shoots in a pot of clean water and boil, and cook for 5 minutes.

3. Then, add the cut winter melon and boil until cooked.
