Now is the season to eat whip bamboo shoots!

Stir-fried Bamboo Shoots with Green Pepper

1. One green pepper shredded

2. Whip bamboo shoots, steamed in a rice pot beforehand, first cut in half, and then slice

3. Put the green peppers in the frying pan first, stir fry until it has a chili flavor, and then whip the bamboo shoots

4. Add a spoonful of salt

5. Half a spoon of light soy sauce

6. Stir fry, add appropriate amount of water, simmer for about 1 minute

7. Just keep the soup dry

Tips:

It is best to steam or boil the bamboo shoots in advance, so that the unique HAO flavor of bamboo shoots can be reduced a lot!
