Egg, Tomato, Whip and Bamboo Soup

1. Ingredients: whipped bamboo shoots, tomatoes (cleaned and cut), eggs (beaten into a bowl)

2. Peel and clean the whip bamboo shoots.

3. Put it on the chopping board and cut the old root into slices, set aside.

4. Add the right amount of cooking wine to the eggs.

5. Beat into egg liquid and set aside.

6. Afterwards, lower the chopped bamboo shoots into a pot of clean water and boil for 5 minutes.

7. Next, add the cut tomatoes, stir and boil.
