Egg Wonton

Boiled wontons and two eggs

Add some salt to the egg mixture and mix well with the cooking wine
3.
Heat the pan with a layer of oil
4.
Pour the egg mixture over a small fire
5.
Put in wontons
6.
Sprinkle a little cooked sesame seeds
7.
Fry the egg mixture on low heat until it is set and sprinkle with chopped green onion
Tips:
The eggs should be fried slowly over a low fire
