Egg Yolk and Pork Floss

The salted egg yolk is brushed with white wine and baked at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, then the egg yolk is cooked. The roasted egg yolk is crushed with a spoon.

Add 150g pork floss.

Add salad dressing.

After stirring, divide it into equal parts, and then knead into balls as shown in the picture.

Add wormwood powder to 80g warm water and stir evenly. Pour 150g of boiling water into the noodles and stir evenly with a spatula. Add the orange dough, fine wormwood powder liquid, white sugar and other boiling water to the glutinous rice flour. Stir the dough evenly with a spatula, add an appropriate amount of lard and continue to stir for a while, stirring until no lard is visible. Knead the dough with your hands! The degree of dryness and wetness should be similar to that of glutinous rice balls.

Divide the dough into 35g small doses and make them look like the picture. Add the kneaded filling dough.

Wrap the dough and round it and place it on the steaming tray. Cut some oil paper on the steaming tray beforehand.

After the water is boiled, steam it on high heat for 15 minutes. Take it out and brush with a layer of salad oil and let cool. Don’t steam it for too long, it will collapse. After cooling, wrap it tightly with plastic wrap and you're done!
