Egg Yolk Buns

Mix the low powder, starch, and milk powder for later use

Mix butter and sugar, melt the butter in water

Add the sieved boiled egg yolks and beat with a whisk at low speed until smooth

Sift the flour, mix with butter, and mix well with a spatula until there is no granular powder. If the mixed noodles are too dry, add milk or eggs to dilute. If the noodles are too wet, you can continue to add low flour and starch in proportion.

Make it into a dough, don’t knead it hard, just shape it

Roll into strips and then into circles. Because my second child was crying, I only rubbed a hundred or so, and the rest of the noodles were made into biscuits.

The oven is well preheated, and it will be OK if you heat up and down at 165 degrees for 20 minutes.
