Egg Yolk Soluble Beans
1.
Prepare ingredients.
2.
Separate the egg whites and egg yolks and put them in oil- and water-free basins. Leave the egg yolk and add a few drops of lemon to get rid of the fishy.
3.
Prepare a whisk with a cooking stick, and beat the egg yolk until it doubles in volume and is light yellow in color. It takes about 8 minutes to beat.
4.
Add sifted infant formula milk powder to the whipped egg whites
5.
Use a silicone spatula to stir with stir-frying until the milk powder is completely dissolved and there is no lumps.
6.
Prepare a piping bag, put it on the cup, pour the melted bean paste into the piping bag, and cut out a small mouth with the thickness of a toothpick. The small mouth is better to control the flow rate of the batter.
7.
Squeeze the Rong Beans evenly on the tarp one by one.
8.
Preheat the oven at 100 degrees for 10 minutes, and bake on the top and bottom for 25 minutes. Remember not to open the oven when baking. The successful egg yolk melted beans will taste crunchy. If they are soft and sticky, they have not been baked.
9.
After the soluble beans are roasted and allowed to cool, they should be sealed in a bottle or bag. The shelf life is about one week. Of course, eat them as soon as possible!
