Eggplant Chicken Nuggets

Cut the chicken legs into small pieces.

Put the chopped chicken pieces into a bowl, add green onion, ginger, Megasun and pepper, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Remove the seeds of the red pepper, wash and cut into pieces.

Wash the green pepper and cut into small pieces.

Tips:
The chicken nuggets must be marinated in advance.
