Eight Treasure Congee

After preparing the ingredients, I grabbed two handfuls with my hands. Except for the lotus seeds and the red dates, the other ingredients used the same amount, and the number of people decreased gradually. Wash all ingredients and soak for one hour.

Pour the barley and red beans into the pressure cooker, add half a pot of water, the amount of water depends on the ingredients and personal taste. Press the porridge button for about 35 minutes.

When the time is up, open the lid and add rice, glutinous rice, black rice, oatmeal, millet and peanuts. Stir well, close the lid, and cook the porridge for 35 minutes.

When the time is up, open the lid, add red dates and lotus seeds, mix well, press the cooking button for 30 minutes.

When it's done, open the lid and add the rock sugar, mix well, cover and keep the temperature for 10 to 20 minutes, and wait until the rock sugar is completely melted.
Tips:
The porridge itself is relatively sticky. Don't forget to stir during the whole process, otherwise the bottom of the pot will easily become mushy.
