Eight Treasure Winter Melon Cup
1.
Prepare a winter melon (wine melon grown in my own home)
2.
Prepare a set of carving knives (bought in a dollar store)
3.
Draw the picture to be carved.
4.
Use a carving knife to carve out the drawn figure.
5.
Trace the carved figure on the wax gourd (the part to be carved)
6.
Later, I learned that the text to be engraved was directly drawn with a pen, so I directly wrote the text to be engraved, and then lightly picked the green skin on the surface, and the text we wanted was displayed.
7.
Prepare all the ingredients, (cleaned).
8.
Boil water in the pot, then put the ribs down in order, and cook for 20 minutes to let the ribs taste. The reason for using the ribs is because the soup from the ribs is very fragrant.
Then add carrots, scallops, shiitake mushrooms and mushrooms and cook for ten minutes.
Finally, put the soaked sweet potato vermicelli and shrimp on high heat for two minutes.
9.
Put the cooked soup into the carved winter melon pot and it's ready to be served.
Tips:
postscript:
The winter melon cup I made today does not need to steam the winter melon, but directly put the cooked ingredients in, because the winter melon can be eaten raw, so the winter melon cup can keep its original fragrance.
